At Blue Dot Wealth Management, we recognize that acting with integrity, serving honestly, and being motivated by a code of ethics is just the bare minimum of what a financial advisor should bring to every relationship. As the late astronomer Carl Sagan said, it is “our responsibility to deal more kindly with one another.” We are driven to understand the values of our customers to better work together and create growth toward their goals. We model each portfolio as a reflection of the unique person and circumstances that it serves.
After 20 years in the industry, Rob Young founded Blue Dot Wealth Management to create an environment of service in line with the values of our customers. Reflecting on the dot com bubble, recovering from the housing bubble, and preparing for future uncertainty, we recognize how important it is to be diverse and adaptable no matter the investing climate. After all, everything we’ve ever known fits on a pale blue dot. Our mission is to create value in the lives of our clients by helping families, businesses, and nonprofits leave a legacy that reflects their values.
Blue Dot Wealth Management is an independent firm, which means we are not employees of an investment or financial services firm. Our independent broker-dealer, Cambridge Investment Research, Inc., enables us to offer financial services based on what is truly best for our clients. We have the freedom to structure our business in a manner that best serves our clients.

Danielle Noonan, Director of Client Services
Danielle Noonan has been with Blue Dot Wealth Management since 2019 working directly with clients. She has been in the financial services industry since 2016 having started as a receptionist at another firm. She moved up the ladder to Client Services but the three-hour roundtrip commute was stressful. She is happy to be closer to home working at the Gilbert office. Of her role at Blue Dot Wealth management , Danielle likes to say Rob is the promise maker and she is the promise keeper. She loves working directly with clients scheduling appointments, opening accounts, processing requests for money, address changes, and a host of other duties.
A California native, Danielle moved to Prescott, Arizona as a teenager, and later worked in the area as a Registered Nurse. While she loved her work, it became overwhelming and she realized she needed to make a change. She moved to Phoenix and took what she thought would be a temporary job in financial services. She soon realized what she loved about nursing was communicating and helping people and the opportunity to think outside the box, all of which she is able to do in financial services.
Danielle is a self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie, She says that while the Arizona landscape is beautiful and she loved one-day adventures, you will “never ever” find her hiking. She prefers dirt biking, snowboarding, and white water rafting. #1 on her bucket list this year is to go skydiving which she plans to do with her boyfriend when he returns from serving in military service overseas. She’d also like to drive a racecar so if you know anyone who can make that happen, let her know.
When she isn’t on an adventure, you can find her sipping wine or coffee at locally-owned establishments like Postinos and Bergies. She looks forward to staycations, especially relaxing poolside and getting away from home for a night or two. She is happiest surrounded by friends and family, especially her 13-year-old son. They enjoy playing games, watching movies, and doing puzzles.
Emily K Punch, Client Relationship Manager
Emily was raised in Ann Arbor Michigan and attended Purdue University to study art history. In college, she discovered her love of cooking and that led her to manage the kitchen of a brewpub for five years. She enjoyed it so much that she earned her Associates Degree in baking and pastry. Emily continued to work in the pastry field for ten years, primarily as a cake decorator in both Michigan and Colorado. In 2015 Emily moved to Arizona with her husband and two small children. Looking for something at would give her time to spend with her young children and still have some food focus, she began working at a Montessori school running the lunch program. She loved getting to know each family which allowed her to help facilitate a family-like feeling for both the kids and parents. Emily loves taking the time to personally get to know people and she’s taken that passion and put it to work at Blue Dot Wealth Management. She loves talking to people and helping in anyway possible.
